Heater Core: Service and Repair

RIVIERA
1. Disconnect battery ground cable and drain cooling system.
2. Remove right hush panel, and the center and lower instrument panel trim plates.
3. Disconnect electrical connector, then remove right speaker and grille to gain access to programmer.
4. Disconnect electrical and vacuum connectors from programmer.
5. Remove linkage cover and disconnect linkage, then remove programmer.
6. Remove heater core cover and splash cover access to heater hoses.
7. Disconnect heater hoses from heater core and remove heater core.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
