It is imperative that all Certified Dealer personnel involved with the GM Certified Used Vehicle process become familiar with the specific details of handling cross divisional warranty situations. It is also imperative that customers be accommodated in a thorough and professional manner when a vehicle requires warranty repairs.Recognizing that this is a new process and that issues may arise that are unfamiliar to Certified Dealers and their personnel, please be sure the customer is not placed in an uncomfortable situation while an issue or concern is being resolved.
