Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then discharge system refrigerant.
2. Remove center grille support. Remove condenser retaining screws and lift condenser from vehicle.
3. Raise vehicle.
4. Disconnect high pressure line and liquid lines from condenser fittings and discard "O" rings.
5. Remove condenser retaining screws and bracket and lift condenser from vehicle.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
