Throttle Cable Adjust

T.V. Cable Adjustment:

1. With engine not operating, ensure T.V. and accelerator cables are properly installed into idle pulley.

2. Position adjustment tool into idler and rotate in a counterclockwise direction to 65 in. lbs.

4. It should be noted, that during adjustment several clicks will be heard.

5. If readjustment is necessary, depress and hold readjustment button.

6. Pull cable housing outward until slider contacts adjustment, then release button.

7. Position adjustment tool on idler and rotate in a counterclockwise direction to 65 in. lbs.

8. Measure slider position. Slider should be within 2 mm of its original position.

9. After completing adjustment, road test vehicle.
