This bulletin updates Chart A-3, "Engine Cranks But Will Not Run" (Part 1 of 2) in Section 6E3, "Driveability and Emissions" for the 1989, 1990 and 1991 Century and Skylarks equipped with the 3300 (VIN N) engine. The revised chart directs that all injectors be disconnected, allowing diagnosis of a "Cranks But Will Not Run" condition caused by a shorted injector coil.
