This change should be made in the following Service Manuals:

1989 Century Section 5 - page 1
1990 Century Section 5 - page 2

The second paragraph under "Operation of Proportioner Valves" should be deleted. This paragraph pertains to a front/rear split system and not the diagonal split system used on this vehicle.
