SUBJECT: LOOSE HORN PADS


MODELS AFFECTED: 1989 ELECTRA/PARK AVENUES & REGALS EQUIPPED WITH THE LEATHER WRAPPED STEERING WHEELS


In the event the horn pad disengages from the steering wheel assembly on the above styles, it will be necessary to replace the horn pad.
