Pressure Gauge J-35604


1. Depressurize hydraulic accumulator by pumping the brake a minimum of 25 times. Failure to depressurize the hydraulic accumulator prior to performing this operation may result in personal injury and/or damage to vehicle.
2. Remove the pressure hose fitting from the pump body.
3. Install one of the two O-ring seals on the pressure gauge fitting and insert the gauge fitting into the pressure hose coupling.
4. Install the second O-ring seal onto the gauge fitting on the underside of the pressure hose coupling and thread the gauge fitting into the pump body. Torque fitting to 15 ft. lbs.
5. When removing gauge and installing pressure fitting, inspect O-ring seals for cuts or damage. Replace any cut or damaged O-ring seals.

When removing pressure gauge and adapter, ensure that the hydraulic accumulator is depressurized.
