Code 1007 will set if the ignition is in RUN and there is a speed differential of 5 mph or more between the serial data link and the Vehicle Speed Input at the Electronic Instrument Cluster for 5 seconds, with Serial Data Link (SDL) speed validity code equal to 0 and a SDL speed greater than 5 mph.
