SUBJECT: LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT COURTESY LAMP FLICKERS (REPOSITION LAMP ASSEMBLY)


MODELS AFFECTED: 1990 REGAL

CONDITION:


Luggage compartment courtesy lamp flickers when compartment lid is in full open position.

CAUSE:


Improper mercury switch angle at full open position.

CORRECTION:

FIGURE 1:

The lamp assembly should be repositioned as shown in Figure 1 to provide the appropriate angle.
