EO05 Cooling Fan Relay #1

This will cycle the coolant fan ("LO" speed) "ON" and "OFF" every 3 seconds, but only when the engine is not running. This will cycle the coolant fan regardless of the normal control the PCM has over low speed. A "HI" will be displayed when the fan is "OFF."
