CHART 6 INSUFFICIENT HEAT AT MAX HEAT









Air Mix Valve Adjustment Procedure:
1. Remove glove box to gain access to programmer.
2. Lift straight up on air mix valve link to release it from programmer arm.
3. Ignition "ON," select "Max Heat" (90°F) and wait for programmer arm to stop moving. (Arm may stop and start several times before reaching max heat position.)
4. Manually pull air mix valve link toward passenger door until it hits the mechanical stop (mix valve in max heat position).
5. With both the air mix valve link and programmer arm in max heat position, snap air mix valve link back into programmer arm.
6. Visually check movement by selecting different temperature settings.
