Cooling System: Service and Repair

After filling cooling system, start engine and allow to reach operating temperature with surge tank pressure cap installed. Stop engine, then position shop towel over surge tank pressure cap. Slowly and carefully remove surge tank cap. Add coolant as necessary to bring to proper level, then install surge tank pressure cap.
