^ If any Powertrain Control Module (PCM) codes are set, Refer to Powertrain Management / Computers and Controls / System Diagnosis. Testing and Inspection

^ Start engine.

^ Connect Scan Tool to ALDL.

^ Enter PCM diagnostic mode.

^ Use Scan Tool to turn A/C Compressor on.

If A/C Compressor Clutch engages, do step 2.

If A/C Compressor Clutch does not engage, do step 1.
