Instrument Cluster / Carrier: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Carefully pry off speaker grilles.
3. Remove screw from under each speaker grille.
4. Remove five screws from under lower edge of instrument panel pad.
5. Remove pad by lifting front and pulling rearward to release, then lifting up and out.
6. Remove cluster trim plate attaching screw and the trim plate.
7. Disconnect electrical connector at cluster.
8. Remove six cluster attaching bolts and the cluster.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
