Test J: Coolant Temperature Gage Shows Cold at All Times
Disconnect the Coolant Temperature Sender connector. Jumper the DK GRN (35) wire to ground and put the Ignition Switch in RUN.^ If the Coolant Temperature Gage reads HOT, check for a poor connection. If OK, replace the Coolant Temperature Sender.
^ If the Coolant Temperature Gauge still reads COLD, check the DK GRN (35) wire for an open. If OK, service the Auxiliary Gage Assembly.
