Tail Lamp: Description and Operation

Voltage is applied at all times from the TAIL Fuse to the Light Switch from CKT 240. With the Light Switch in "PARK" or "HEAD" voltage is applied to CKT 9. Current flows through CKT 9, to all Park, Marker, Tail and License Lights turning them "ON." The only lights that see a current from CKT 9 and do not turn "ON," are the turn filaments in the Park/Turn Lights. They do not turn "ON" because the voltage drop across the Front Side Marker Lights is much higher than that across the Turn Light Filaments.
