FRONT DOOR WINDNOISE/WATERLEAKS (REPLACE RUN CHANNEL RETAINER)

MODELS AFFECTED:
1992 REGAL SEDAN


CONDITION:

1992 Regal Sedan front door windnoise and water leaks, vehicles between the following VINS may be affected:

N1445220
N1451195

CAUSE:

May be caused by insufficient sealer between the run channel retainer and the door frame, or an internal leak at the foam seal within the molding.

CORRECTION:

Replace the run channel retainer P/N's 10211448 RH and 10211449 LH following Section 10 in the Service Manual.

Parts are currently available from GMSPO.
