REAR SEAT BELT COMFORT (INSTALL NEW RETRACTORS AND CENTER BELTS)
MODELS AFFECTED:
1991-92 ROADMASTERS
This bulletin is being revised to add additional color Medium Dark Gray and "note" on revised instruction sheets. Please discard Bulletin 92-10-48B.
CONDITION:
Some owners of 1991-92 Roadmaster sedans and station wagons may comment that rear seat belts are too tight, uncomfortable and/or locating the buckle side is difficult.
CORRECTION:
For sedans replace left and right side retractors and center belts. For wagons second seat replace "only" the center belts.
Part numbers listed for "center" include the buckles for the outboard seating positions as well as a complete center position safety seat belt.
All stock of belts with short webbing has been purged from the GMSPO system.
NOTE:
Instruction sheets for all parts listed above and included with parts when received from GMSPO have been revised and are included in this bulletin.
