Enabling the SIR System

1. Connect yellow two-way SIR electrical connector at base of column, then install Connector Position Assurance (CPA).
2. Install SIR fuse into fuse block, turn ignition switch to RUN position and ensure that ``Inflatable Restraint'' lamp flashes 7 to 9 times and then shuts off.
