Stabilizer Bar: Service and Repair

Fig. 8 Replacing Stabilizer Bar:

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove stabilizer shaft insulator clamp and insulator at control arms. Do not remove studs from control arms.
3. Remove plates from frame, then stabilizer bar and insulator bushings, Fig. 8.
4. Reverse procedure to install, torquing bolts/nuts to specifications.
