Section 6E - Engine Controls Use of Injector Test Adapters (J 39021-70 and J 39021-60) when Performing Fuel Injector Balance Test or Fuel Injector Coil Tests

This bulletin is being issued to recommend the following information be added to Section 6E of the appropriate Service Manuals:

When performing the Fuel Injector Balance Test or the Fuel Injector Coil Tests on cars with 2.2L engines, use J 39021-70 Injector Test Adapter with the J 39021 Fuel Injector Tester.

When performing the Fuel Injector Balance Test or the Fuel Injector Coil Tests on trucks with the 2.2L engine, use J 39021-60 Injector Test Adaptor
with the J 39021 Fuel Injector Tester.
