Troubleshooting Hints - Interior Lights Dimming

1. Make sure Park Lights turn "ON" and "OFF" normally before proceeding with diagnostic, refer to "Exterior Lights," for Park Lamp diagnosis.
2. If none of the Interior Lights illuminate, check Panel Fuse.
3. If Interior Lights stay "ON" all the time, but Park Lights operate normally, repair short to B + in CKT 8.
4. If one Interior Light does not operate, check the GRY and BLK wires to suspect Interior Light for opens, bent terminals, etc. If OK, replace Interior Light bulb (see schematic).

^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check.
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
