Component Tests and General Diagnostics
1. If none of the seat functions operate, check the POWER ACC Circuit Breaker. If open, check CKT 60 for a short to ground. If OK, check CKT 60 for an open between Fuse Block and S300.2. If the Rear Height or Front Height adjustment does not function but the entire seat moves up and down, check for a poor connection. If OK, replace the suspect Power Seat Switch.
3. If the entire seat does not move up and down but the rear and front height functions operate properly, check for a poor connection. If OK, replace the suspect Power Seat Switch.
4. Check that grounds 0304 and 0305 are clean and tight.
^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check.
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
