Console Installation

Console Assembly Refer to Figure 19

Remove or Disconnect

1. Battery negative (-) cable.
2. Rear console storage compartment. Refer to 'CONSOLE STORAGE COMPARTMENT (REAR)' earlier in this section.
3. Console trim plates. Refer to 'CONSOLE TRIM PLATES' earlier in this section.
4. Front console storage compartment (if equipped). Refer to 'CONSOLE STORAGE COMPARTMENT (FRONT)' earlier in this section.
5. CD player (if equipped). Refer to 'RADIO AND ANTENNA'.
6. Two retaining nuts and six retaining screws.
7. Electrical connectors.
8. Console assembly from vehicle.

Install or Connect

1. Console assembly; secure with six screws and two nuts.
2. Electrical connectors.
3. CD player (if equipped). Refer to 'RADIO AND ANTENNA'.
4. Front console storage compartment (if equipped). Refer to 'CONSOLE STORAGE COMPARTMENT (FRONT)' earlier in this section.
5. Console trim plates. Refer to 'CONSOLE TRIM PLATES' earlier in this section.
6. Rear console storage compartment. Refer to 'CONSOLE STORAGE COMPARTMENT (REAR)' earlier in this section.
7. Battery negative (-) cable.
