Troubleshooting Hints

TRY FOLLOWING CHECKS BEFORE DOING SYSTEM CHECK
1. Check circuit breaker 1 by operating power windows.
2. If sunroof does not operate for 10 minutes after ignition switch is turned to OFF (if equipped with Retained Accessory Power), refer to Accessories and Optional Equipment / System Diagnosis for diagnosis. Testing and Inspection
3. Partially lower headliner, release clutch and manually crank sunroof using a 4 mm hex wrench.
^ If there is mechanical binding, refer to repair procedures.
^ If sunroof operates smoothly from hand crank, proceed to the Symptom Table.
