Initial System Diagnosis

- Refer to Symptom table for diagnosis.
1. Check I/P Fuse Block Fuse #8D.
2. Visually inspect HVAC and/or Radio connector(S) and associated wiring.
3. Buick and Oldsmobile, check for HVAC Diagnostic Trouble Codes. If any are present, refer to Heating and Air Conditioning for diagnosis. Testing and Inspection
