Removing/Installing Reservoir & Hose (Supercharged):

This procedure applies to supercharged engine vehicles.

Remove or Disconnect

I. Hose from remote reservoir; plug reservoir port or drain the fluid from the reservoir. If the hose is being replaced, drain the remote reservoir, disconnect hose from pump, and remove hose.
2. Bolt.
3. Reservoir.

Install or Connect

1. Reservoir into place.
2. Bolt, and tighten to 12 N.m (106 lb. in.).
3. Hose to remote reservoir. If the hose had been removed from the vehicle, be sure to route it over the engine harness, and under the spark plug wires and the generator pencil brace.
4. Fill and bleed system.

Inspect
^ For leaks.
