Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

TRY THE FOLLOWING CHECKS BEFORE DOING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
1. Check I/P Fuse Block Fuse #8E.
2. Visually inspect Wiper Motor Module connectors and associated wiring.
3. Visually inspect Windshield Wiper System for normal mechanical operation, with no interference.
