Oil Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Serpentine belt.
3. Fuel pump and engine oil pressure indicator switch electrical connector.
4. Fuel pump and engine oil pressure indicator switch using tool J 37398.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Fuel pump and engine oil pressure indicator switch. Apply 1052080 or equivalent sealant to threads.

Tighten
Fuel pump and engine oil pressure indicator switch to 12-14 Nm (9-10 ft lb).

2. Electrical connector.
3. Serpentine belt.
4. Negative battery cable.
