It is inevitable that after activating the Delco Loc II feature with a six digit user code that the unit will lock when battery voltage is interrupted and the owner can not recall the six digit user code previously used to activate (and needed to unlock) the Delco Loc II feature. When an owner has forgotten the six digit user code and wants the radio/CD player unlocked, the owner must take the vehicle to the local dealer or Delco radio repair center for assistance.
