General Information
DELCO LOC IIDelco Loc II is a theft deterrent feature included on the U1C integral radio/compact disc player. The feature may he activated if and when desired, or it may be disregarded. If the feature is not used the unit will operate normally. If the feature is activated, the unit will operate normally until battery voltage is removed from the unit. This will occur when the battery is disconnected (as when car is being serviced), when the radio memory fuse is removed, or when the unit is removed from the car (or stolen). With the Delco Loc II feature activated, when battery voltage is removed from the unit, the unit will lock electronically and will be completely inoperable, even when battery voltage is restored.
