All Door Lock

When the "DOOR" Button is pressed on the Transmitter and the RCDLR receives a signal with a valid Vehicle Access Code (VAC), the Lock function sequence is performed. The Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (RCDLR) will lock all doors. The Headlamp Switch receives a Lock Signal through CKT 156, and turns the Courtesy Lamps "ON" for 2 seconds to indicate the door has been locked.

The RCDLR supplies battery voltage to the coil of the Lock Relay. The Lock Relay is energized, and battery voltage is supplied to the Door Lock Actuators. Ground for the LH Door Lock Actuator is provided at RCDLR CKT 694 through internal contacts. Ground for the other Door Lock Actuator(s) is provided through the contacts of the Unlock Relay of the Door Lock Relay. All Door Lock Actuators activate and lock all doors.
