Lamp Short Test

With all the doors closed and the Up Dimmer Switch turned off, disconnect the Door Latch Switch, Door Jamb Switches, Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (RCDLR) if equipped, and Seatbelt/Ignition Key, Lamps and Turn Signal Alarm (Warning Alarm) one at a time.
^ If Lamps go out with Warning Alarm disconnected check CKT 394 and 395 for short to ground. If "OK" replace Warning Alarm.
^ If the Lamps go out when a particular component is disconnected, replace that component.
^ If the Lamps remain lit with all components disconnected, repair short to ground in CKT 156.
