Lighting and Horns: Application and ID

If bulb indicator outages are displayed on the Driver Information Center (DIC) (Oldsmobile and Pontiac) or the Lamp Monitor Display (Buick), the following chart should be followed before proceeding with diagnosis to determine if a bulb is burnt out. Also verify proper bulb type.

NOTE: When replacing a bulb, be sure to replace it with the same type. if the incorrect bulb type is used, the Driver Information Center (Oldsmobile and Pontiac) or Lamp Monitor Display (Buick) will continue to display a bulb outage.
