Troubleshooting Hints - Interior Lights

PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS:
1. Check I/P Fuse Block IGN(RUN/CRANK) CHIME CLUSTER Fuse 1D, Interior LIGHTING Fuse 8B, RADIO Fuse 8D, C/LTR Fuse 9A, CTSY/PWR MIR Fuse 6A, AUX OUTLET Fuse 1E, and RR DR C/LTR Fuse 9D by visual inspection.
2. Check Relay Center FUEL DR REL/ TRUNK PULL DR LKS Fuse #1 by visual inspection.
3. If Courtesy Lamps, Vanity Mirrors and Luggage Compartment Lamp do not light, check I/P Fuse Block CTSY/PWR MIR Fuse 6A.
4. If only one interior lamp does not operate, check bulb, socket and related wiring.
5. Check that grounds G104, G105, G201, G202, and G402 are clean and tight.
6. Before component replacement, check for poor connections at related component and in-line harness connector terminal connections.
^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a Continuity/Voltage check with a system disconnected. These Circuits may be intermittent or resistive when loaded, and if possible, should be checked by monitoring for a Voltage drop with the system operational (under load).
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may effect the integrity of other systems.
