Cigar Lighter

Voltage is applied through Fuse #28 at all times to the Cigar Lighter. The Cigar Lighter has a heating element that, when pushed in, completes the circuit and begins to heat up. When the element is sufficiently heated, the Cigar Lighter opens the circuit.
