DTCs DDM B2202, B2203:

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The Simple Bus Interface (SBI) (CKT 217, LT BLU) provides a communications path from both the Passenger Door and Rear Door Modules to the Driver Door Module (DDM). The DDM contains both switch message decoding software and SBI diagnostic software enabling it to monitor the Passenger Door Power Window Switch states.

CONDITIONS FOR SETTING THE DTC
^ Any time one of the power window switch is detected as being continuously closed in either the UP or DOWN position for a period greater than 15 seconds, the appropriate Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) will be set.
^ DTCs B1982 (Battery Voltage High) and B1983 (Battery Voltage Low) must not be current or the diagnostic will not run.

ACTION TAKEN WHEN THE DTC SETS
The switch command will be ignored until it again changes state or the ignition cycles from OFF to RUN.

CONDITIONS FOR CLEARING THE MIL/DTC
This code will clear automatically when the switch failure is not detected for 600 milliseconds.
