DTC C1241 Schematic:

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The Speed Dependent Steering System (Magna Steer), incorporates Its controller into the Electronic Brake/Traction Control Module (EBTCM). If one or both of the Magna Steers actuator circuit wires should become open or shorted, a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) C1241 will set.

ACTION TAKEN WHEN THE DTC SETS
A malfunction DTC is stored. No ABS/TCS indicator lamps are turned "ON" but MAGNASTEER is disabled. ABS/TCS remains functional. For diagnosis of DTC C1241, refer to Steering Controls Diagnosis.
