Engine Block Heater: Testing and Inspection

If the engine block heater fails to operate, perform the following inspections.
^ Check power supply.
^ Check electrical cord connections at the power supply and heater.
^ Check electrical cord connections for proper routing, opens or shorts.

If all the above are good, replace the engine block heater.
