Tail Lamp: Service and Repair

Description:

Remove or Disconnect
1. Rear compartment sill plate.
2. Electrical connector.
3. Nuts retaining the taillamp to the vehicle.
4. Grommet from the rear end panel.
5. Tail lamp from the vehicle.
6. Bulb/socket from taillamp by releasing tang and turning bulb/socket counterclockwise.
7. Bulb from the socket.

Install or Connect
1. Bulb to socket.
2. Bulb/socket to the lamp by turning bulb/socket clockwise.
3. Grommet to the rear end panel. Ensure that grommet is fully seated.
4. Taillamp to the vehicle.
5. Nuts to retain the taillamp to the vehicle.
6. Electrical connector.
7. Rear compartment sill plate.
