Transmission Speed Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Case side cover. Refer to CASE SIDE COVER.
3. Clips retaining solenoid.
4. Clip retaining input speed sensor.
5. Solenoid harness connector and solenoid.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Solenoid harness connector and solenoid.
2. Retaining clips.
3. Case side cover, new gaskets and attaching bolts.
- Tighten case side corer bolts to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.).
4. Negative battery cable.

Adjust
- Fluid level.
