REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Accessory drive belt from generator.
3. Engine cover.
4. Generator mounting bolts.
5. Generator output terminal nut.
6. Electrical connection.
7. Generator.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Generator.
2. Electrical connection.
3. Generator output terminal nut.
Tighten: Generator output terminal nut to 20 N.m (15 lb. ft.).
4. Generator mounting bolts.
Tighten: Nut to 50 N.m (37 lb. ft.). Following the sequence as in First Image.
5. Engine cover.
6. Accessory drive belt to generator.
7. Negative battery cable.
Tighten: Cable to 15 N.m (11 lb. ft.).
