Class 2 Data Line

Class 2 data messages relating to the Low Tire Pressure Warning system are transmitted back and forth between the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) and the Electronic Brake and Traction Control Module (EBTCM). The IPC sends Low Tire Pressure RESET Switch messages and requests individual tire pressure warnings from the EBTCM. The EBTCM reports low tire pressure status with YES/NO response messages to the IPC request messages.
