Driven Sprocket Support Components Assemble

^ Tools Required:
- J 4670-01 Clutch Spring Compressor





1. Use transmission fluid in order to lubricate a new outer seal (604) for the fourth clutch piston (603). Affix the seal to the piston.





2. Use transmission fluid in order to lubricate a new inner seal (605) for the fourth clutch piston. Affix the seal to the driven sprocket support hub.





3. Insert the fourth clutch piston assembly (6O3) into the driven sprocket support (609) and align, as shown.
4. Insert the fourth clutch spring assembly (602) into the piston.





5. Use J 4670-01 in order to install the fourth clutch spring snap ring (601).





6. If you are installing new oil seal rings (613) for the second clutch housing, lubricate the rings. Insert the rings onto the driven sprocket support hub.
7. Affix the four lobed ring seals (612) for the second clutch housing onto the driven sprocket support hub (609).
