Locking Functions

^ All Door Unlock - The BCM controls the operation of the power door locks based on the status of the power door unlock switches. The control shall apply only a pulse to unlock the door lock motors, even if a power door unlock switch is activated continuously.
^ All Door Lock - The BCM controls the operation of the power door locks based on the status of the power door lock switches. The control shall apply only a pulse to lock the door lock motors, even if a power door lock switch is activated continuously.
^ Lockout Prevention - The BCM provides a capability intended to minimize the possibility of a driver inadvertently locking the vehicle doors with a key in the ignition.
^ Automatic Door Lock - The BCM provides the capability of locking the doors when the vehicle transmission is shifted out of Park.
^ Automatic Door Unlock - The BCM provides the capability of unlocking the doors when the vehicle transmission is shifted into Park.
^ Automatic Door Re-lock - The BCM provides the capability of locking the doors under certain conditions when the vehicle doors are unlocked and a door is opened and then closed.
^ Delayed Locking - The BCM provides the capability of locking the doors while passengers are exiting from the vehicle. Also, it provides for delayed locking, only locking the doors after all doors have been closed for a period of time.
^ Feature Customization - The BCM provides for customization of the operation of certain of its features based on customer preference.
