Component Cleaning
WARNING: NEVER spray water on a hot radiator. The resulting steam could cause personal injury.CAUTION: Compressed air or water can be used to clean radiator fins. Do not exceed 138 kPa (20 psi). Pressure over 138 kPa (20 psi) will damage the radiator.
At least once a year, the front of the radiator should be cleaned. Bugs, leaves, etc. can be removed by using compressed air to blow through the radiator from the rear towards the front of the vehicle. If compressed air is not available, water can be substituted using the same procedure.
