The Body Control Module (BCM) provides a Remote Activation Verification (RAV) feature, which supplies feedback to the operator on receipt and execution of certain keyless entry commands.

Remote Unlock Verification

Remote Activation Verification System Description:

A remote unlock message received by the remote control door lock receiver will cause the Body Control Module (BCM) to command certain functions depending on the remote unlock verification mode. The (BCM) has four modes of operation for the remote unlock verification.
