Remove or Disconnect
1. Battery ground (negative) cable.
2. Carpet retainers.
3. RH and LH instrument panel access hole cover.
4. Instrument panel insulators.
5. Disable SIR system Refer to "Disabling the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) System."
6. Windshield side tipper garnish moldings.
7. Instrument panel upper trim panel.
8. Front floor console, if equipped.
9. Steering column opening filler.
10. Knee bolster bracket.
11. Bolts/screws from lower steering column.
12. Nuts from upper steering column.
13. Lower steering column.
14. Hood release handle.
15. Instrument panel cluster trim plate.
16. Audio system.
17. Heater A/C control.
18. Instrument panel cluster.
19. Headlamp switch.
20. Instrument cluster HUD dimmer switch, if equipped.
21. Instrument cluster HUD display, if equipped.
22. Fuse block.
23. Driver information center.
24. Data link connector.
25. Instrument panel compartment.
26. Rear compartment lid release switch.
27. Air temperature sensor, if equipped.
28. Instrument panel trim pad mounting bolts/screws.
29. Reposition instrument panel wiring harness.
30. Instrument panel trim pad from vehicle.
