Radiator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Drain and recover the cooling system.
3. Air intake duct assembly.
4. Upper transaxle cooler line. See Transmission and Drivetrain.
5. Upper radiator hose.
6. Lower transaxle cooler line. See Transmission and Drivetrain.
7. Cooling fan electrical connection and retaining bolts.
8. Cooling fan.
9. Splash guard below lower radiator hose.
10. Lower radiator hose from radiator.
11. Condenser line retaining clip.
12. Condenser to radiator bolts.
13. Coolant surge tank hose.
14. Radiator retaining bolts.
15. Radiator.

INSTALLATION
1. Radiator.
2. Radiator retaining bolts.
3. Coolant surge tank hose.
4. Condenser to radiator bolts.
5. Condenser line retaining clip.
6. Lower radiator hose to radiator.
7. Splash guard below lower radiator hose.
8. Cooling fan.
9. Cooling fan retaining bolts and electrical connection.
10. Lower transaxle cooler line. See Transmission and Drivetrain.
11. Upper radiator hose.
12. Upper transaxle cooler line. See Transmission and Drivetrain.
13. Air intake duct assembly.
14. Fill coolant system.
15. Negative battery cable. Inspect for leaks.
